Heidi Kunz

Heidi K. Kunz was elected to our Board in October 2014. Ms. Kunz retired as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Blue Shield of California, a not-for-profit health plan provider, where she served from 2003 to 2012. Prior to that time, she served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Gap, Inc., a multinational clothing and accessories retailer, from 1999 until 2003. Ms. Kunz also serves as a director of Agilent Technologies, Inc. (A), a research, development and manufacturing company, and as a director of Phathom Pharmaceuticals, a pharmaceutical company. Ms. Kunz was selected to serve as a member of our Board of Directors due to her executive leadership experience as a chief financial officer, financial literacy and experience in finance and accounting, knowledge of, and experience in, the healthcare industry, international experience and governance and public company board experience.
